Hotel Accommodation

The World Culture Forum packages below have been specially negotiated with partner hotels for participants and are available through the Forum website and secretariat only. These packages cover:

1. Accommodation in hotel of your choice
2. Daily buffet breakfast;
3. Daily coffee breaks between sessions;
4. All taxes are inclusive;
5. Forum kit;
6. Access to all sessions of the Forum;
7. Access to the participants contact lists;
8. Access to all the artistic events of the Forum;
9. Ground transportation including shuttle services between Forum hotels, conference center, social venues and cultural and artistic events locations during the full duration of the Forum;

An email/fax confirmation of your hotel and registration will be sent as soon as payment has been received. Guests paying by certified cheques will receive a confirmation once the cheque has cleared. Until such time, registration and room reservation will be on request.

Registration Deadline: 15/11/2005

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking by giving written notice via email or fax, which takes effect on the day we receive the communication. The scale of charges set out below will apply depending on when written notice is received:

  • By October 15 2005:  $25.00 per participant.
  • By October 25 2005:  $50.00 per participant.
  • By November 5 2005:  50% of the total charge (accommodation and registration fee).
  • By November 16 2005:  No refund.
