Dr. Iman El Kaffass Profile Associate Dean, Executive Director of Lead Program and Director of Diversity Scholarship Unit - Certified Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Professional with a background in education administration, human resources management and developmental planning. -Earned my Ph.D. degree in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University, Ohio. My field of concentration was institutional assessment and development.

A holder of a Masters Degree in Public Administration from AUC with a concentration in personnel management. Her B.A. Degree was in Political Science, also from AUC, with a minor in Sociology. - I have a multinational work experience, worked in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for five years as HR specialist and translator. I was teaching assistant at Bowling Green State University while on Ph.D. program, and has been with AUC since 1989. I first joined AUC as HR specialist and then as the Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Director. I teach on part-time basis in AUC management programs. -My educational and professional background allows me a comprehensive understanding of the institution and for fitting the goals of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action into the general goals of AUC. As of December 2002, I have been welcomed by the international WHO’S WHO of Professionals as their newest member.
