Mutsindasyaka, Theoneste (mayor of Kigali)

Theoneste Mutsindashyaka is Mayor of Kigali. Prior to this, he had a distinguished career in public service, where he most recently served as Secretary-General in the Ministry of Public Service and Labour. He has also served as Secretary-General in the Ministry of the Interior
